SHIPPING & TRACKING

At JustGiftLa, we know how important it is for your gifts to arrive promptly. We use trusted courier partners to deliver our goodies. If any delivery issues pop up, we'll do everything we can to resolve them with our couriers. Once your order is on its way, our control is limited, but we promise to keep you updated. We appreciate your patience and understanding 🚚💨

    1. Standard Shipping is RM20 per box. For shipments with more than one gift, shipping increases with weight.

    2. Orders made before 5pm MYT are dispatched from us in Kuala Lumpur on the same day.

    3. Each time you place an order, our courier provides an automated tracking link and a delivery ETA.

    4. Please remember that this is not a guaranteed delivery date as we send everything by road transport.

    5. We do not ship packages on public holidays and weekends because we are busy doing other fun, non-work things.

    6. Here are approximate standard delivery times according to destination:

    • Kuala Lumpur: 1-2 business days

    • Selangor: 1-2 business days

    • Johor: 2-3 business days

    • Penang: 2-4 business days

    • Perak: 2-3 business days

    • Negeri Sembilan: 2-3 business days

    • Melaka: 2-3 business days

    • Pahang: 3-5 business days

    • Terengganu: 4-6 business days

    • Kelantan: 4-6 business days

    • Kedah: 4-6 business days

    • Perlis: 4-6 business days

    • Sabah: 5-7 business days

    • Sarawak: 5-7 business days

  • Enjoy the convenience of free store pickup at JustGiftLa! Located at South Link, Bangsar South, you can swing by and collect your gifts at your convenience. Skip the wait and get your items hassle-free.

  • We look forward to expanding our shipping services globally, but until then, we will only be offering international deliveries to Singapore at a rate of RM60 via PosLaju International Express.

  • If no one is home to receive the package, the courier will either leave the package in a safe place or leave a card for the recipient to pick the gift up from a local pick-up point which will be outlined on the card left.

  • If your order has been dispatched and you entered the wrong address, please e-mail us immediately to see if we can still change the address. Once delivered, JustGiftLa cannot re-direct the package. Should the package be returned to JustGiftLa, we will happily send a new package for a RM25 fee. This fee must be paid prior to dispatch.
